New Interior - Not In new Section?

Theres a new great, great, great interior in the minishop...But its not in the new section, its just in the decor and interior section? Like stardolls trying to keep it secret?
I really, really like it...but im not superstar, so i cant buy it.
it's a okay price of 17 $ and i think its totally worth the price!
its called "High school cafeteria" It doesnt look like one...well, it does- but a really POSH one xD Of course its superstar only too...like all of them :(
Hurry, it might be a glitch- so go buy it incase it is!
